    Basil has 20 years of corporate experience working/consulting with some of the largest and most innovative companies in America (i.e. Bloomberg, Morgan Stanley, Disney, Toyota, Uber, Intuit). Basil has spent time working in the financial investment sector as well as an extensive career in marketing research and new product development.

    Educated in Economics, Econometrics, and Marketing Research via global institutions (Pitzer College - Claremont Colleges, London School of Economics, University of Sydney)

    Basil’s family immigrated to the US when he was 8 years old from Sri Lanka,.

  • Nick Kreider

    Founder

    Nick has over 12 years of marketing/market research experience solving problems for clients in tech, agriculture, CPG, financial, and the non-profit/NGO sector. Nick leads LRW’s Social Impact practice, leveraging LRW’s capabilities to advise non-profit organizations and consults traditional clients to meet the demands of socially conscious consumers.

    Prior to LRW, Nick worked in the Humanitarian Aid and Development sector and has extensive experience in disaster recovery focusing on economic development through the creation and management of livelihood programs. In this capacity he’s worked domestically and in several other countries including Sri Lanka, Australia, Haiti, Kenya, India, and Nepal. He holds a BS in Business and Economics from the University of Delaware and an MBA with a concentration in International Business from Bond University in Australia.

    Advisor

    Keshia has over 10 years in insights and innovation, with a passion for building brands and products that create meaning in the world. She currently leads the Client Success team at Highlight, a female and minority owned agile product testing platform, serving big CPG and value-aligned emerging brands pro-bono.

    In addition to her advisory role at NewMoonJobs, she serves as a mentor on behalf of Step Up Women’s Network and has supported global relief efforts in India and Sri Lanka. She has a BA in International Economics from UC San Diego and a MPA from the University of Washington.
